FrontLine Upfitting, LLC was established in January 2022 by Javis Griego and his father, Jason Griego, after over a decade of experience in the upfitting industry. Built on a foundation of faith, integrity, and craftsmanship, the company was launched with a simple goal: provide high-quality, honest service to those who serve and protect. From humble beginnings in a garage, the company has grown rapidly-driven by hard work, a commitment to excellence, and the support of a loyal community. Guided by Christian values, we approach every project with honesty, respect, and a dedication to serving others.

Owner and Lead Technician
Javis leads FrontLine Upfitting with a hands-on approach and over a decade of industry experience. His background in installation and project management, combined with a strong commitment to service, drives the company’s mission. He oversees all operations and ensures each build meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Diné
Office Administrator and Bookkeeper
Diné manages administrative operations, financial records, and client communications. With over two decades of experience in accounting and office management, she brings precision, organization, and professionalism to the day-to-day functions of the business. Her attention to detail supports smooth and efficient service delivery.
Anthony
Apprentice Technician
Anthony is an emerging talent with a growing passion for automotive and mechanical systems. As a recent graduate and apprentice technician, he supports the team with hands-on assistance and is developing his skills under the guidance of senior staff. He brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and a team-oriented mindset to the shop.
Jason Griego
Co-Founder
Jason Griego is the proud father of Javis Griego and the co-founder of Frontline LLC. A military veteran and retired law enforcement officer, Jason brings decades of frontline experience, leadership, and service to the foundation of the company. After retiring from law enforcement, Jason played a pivotal role in helping Javis launch Frontline LLC. His deep understanding of public safety and strong relationships within the law enforcement community have been instrumental in securing key contracts with multiple police departments and agencies. Jason’s commitment to service, integrity, and community continues to shape the mission and growth of Frontline LLC, as the company works to support and equip those who protect and serve.

Adrian is a skilled technician known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and technical expertise. With a background in mechanical work and a commitment to quality, he plays a key role in the installation and upfitting process. His focus on precision and efficiency ensures high standards are met on every project.
